  • RF Microneedling
    A minimally invasive treatment using RF microneedling to stimulate collagen and improve pores, fine lines, skin texture and scarring, with minimal downtime.

  • Light CO₂ Resurfacing
    A lighter CO₂ resurfacing treatment designed to refresh dull skin, improve tone and smooth uneven texture, with approximately 3–4 days of downtime.

  • Advanced CO₂ Resurfacing
    A more intensive CO₂ resurfacing treatment targeting sun damage, deeper texture concerns, scarring and crepey skin for more advanced skin rejuvenation. Approximately 5–7 days of downtime.

  • RF Microneedling + CO₂ Resurfacing

Level 1 — Refine RF Microneedling

  • The Secret PRO Refine treatment is an innovative RF microneedling treatment that provides fast and comfortable treatments that safely and effectively treat multiple skin concerns on the face and body for patients with all skin tones, all year long.

  • The Secret PRO Refine treatment series improves some of the most visible signs of aging by reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, large pores, stretch marks, acne scars, and many other skin concerns. This treatment is ideal for skin revitalization of the face, neck, décolletage, knees, and other body areas.

  • Before the procedure, your provider will apply a numbing cream to the treatment area for increased comfort during the treatment. During the treatment, you may feel slight pressure and tingling while the micro-sized needles gently penetrate the skin and deliver heat to stimulate collagen production. The treatment is comfortable, and your provider will work with you to maintain your comfort level throughout the entire treatment. You can expect the treatment to take about 20 minutes.

  • Typically, there is no downtime after the treatment. Your skin will have moderate redness after the treatment, which will subside significantly within a few hours. Your face will feel warm, like being in the sun, which also goes away within a few hours. You can expect to return to your normal activities immediately following your treatment. You may have some slight flushing the next day, which can be covered with makeup.

  • Patients typically need 3–4 treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart to achieve optimal results. Most patients report seeing improvement after the second treatment, but optimal results appear 3 months after the last treatment.

  • Best results are seen 3 months after the last treatment. To maintain your results, maintenance treatments can be done every 12–18 months after the initial series.

  • Secret PRO Refine is an excellent treatment for patients with all skin tones, looking to improve the skin’s appearance on the face and body, all year long, with little to no downtime.

  • Secret PRO Ultra-Light is a CO₂ gentle laser micro peel treatment that safely and effectively improves your skin tone and texture by gently resurfacing a thin outer layer of your skin. This treatment provides quality results that are tailored to your skin’s specific conditions. You’ll enjoy healthier-looking, refreshed skin, quickly and easily!

  • Secret PRO Ultra-Light helps promote healthy skin and provides results for many common skin concerns, including uneven skin tone and texture and overall complexion quality.

  • Before your treatment begins, a topical numbing cream will be applied to increase comfort. During the treatment, your provider will gently stamp the laser over the treatment area to create thousands of superficial microscopic perforations while leaving the surrounding tissue untouched. As the perforations heal, new cells appear, leaving your skin with a healthier and refreshed appearance. Depending on the size of the area being treated, the procedure usually lasts 15 to 30 minutes.

  • Immediately after the treatment, your skin will be pink, feel very warm, and sensitive to touch. Your provider will offer a topical skincare regimen following the treatment to optimize treatment results. The next day, you will notice a pattern forming over the treatment area from the microscopic perforations that will begin to scab and slough off over the next few days. The exfoliation process typically lasts 3–4 days.

  • Most patients will need 3 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart. Your provider will create an ideal treatment plan customised for you, depending on your skin concerns.

  • After the exfoliation process is complete, you will see immediate changes in your skin’s tone and texture that will progressively improve after each treatment.

  • Secret PRO Ultra-Light is safe and effective on patients with fair to medium skin tones. It’s ideal for maintaining youthful-looking skin with a series of quick healing treatments.

  • The Secret PRO Ultra treatment utilises CO₂ laser energy to revitalise severely sun-damaged skin. The procedure is designed to deliver safe, effective, fractional skin resurfacing by treating multiple skin layers at the same time with precision and control. This single treatment provides long-lasting results customised to address your needs.

  • The Secret PRO Ultra treatment reduces sun damage, improves skin texture, and promotes collagen production to reduce the appearance of scars and crepey skin through fractional skin resurfacing.

  • Before a Secret PRO Ultra treatment, a topical numbing cream will be applied and/or a prescribed medication will be provided to ensure comfort during the procedure. During the treatment, your provider will gently stamp the laser over the treatment area to create thousands of microscopic perforations at various depths while leaving the surrounding tissue untouched. As the perforations heal, new cells appear to reverse the signs of aging. Depending on the size of the area being treated, the procedure usually lasts 15 to 30 minutes.

  • Immediately after the treatment, your skin will be red, feel hot as if you have a sunburn, and very sensitive to touch. Your provider will offer a topical skincare regimen following the treatment to improve your comfort and the healing process. The exfoliation process typically lasts 5–7 days.

  • The combination of two technologies gives the Secret PRO Revive treatment the power to treat a wide range of conditions simultaneously. While the fractional RF microneedling penetrates deeper in the skin, the fractional CO₂ laser resurfaces the top layers of the skin to improve the skin’s tone and texture. This combination treatment improves fine lines, wrinkles, scars, acne scars, stretch marks, skin texture, pore size, crepey skin, and sun-damaged skin.

  • Before the procedure, a topical numbing cream will be applied and/or a prescribed medication will be provided to ensure comfort during the entire procedure. The treatment will begin with multiple passes of the RF microneedling that may feel like slight pressure and tingling while the micro-sized needles gently penetrate the skin. Next, your provider will gently stamp the CO₂ laser over the same treatment area to create thousands of microscopic perforations while leaving the surrounding tissue untouched. This combination procedure will maximize the stimulation of your body’s natural creation of new collagen. Depending on the size of the area being treated, the procedure usually lasts 30–45 minutes.

  • The amount of downtime depends on the skin conditions being treated. Superficial procedures will only require a few days to heal, while deeper treatments may require a week. Your provider will discuss the needed healing time before the treatment.

  • The number of treatments will depend on the conditions being treated. 1–3 treatments are usually required, and they are generally performed 3–6 weeks apart. Your provider will discuss and determine your treatment plan during your initial consultation.

  • Most patients see improvements after 4–6 days or when the exfoliation process is complete. Results will continue to improve over the next 3–4 months after the treatment. Superficial procedure results are visible sooner than deeper treatments. Improvements will appear gradually over the days and weeks following your procedure series, as your skin repairs itself and new collagen forms.

Depending on your chosen treatment and skin condition, we may recommend a personalised home-care plan to prepare and optimise your skin prior to treatment.

03 — Your Treatment

Your personalised Secret PRO treatment is performed at the appropriate intensity for your skin and goals. This may include RF microneedling, CO₂ laser resurfacing, or a combination of both technologies.

04 — Recovery & Aftercare

You’ll receive detailed aftercare instructions and recommended skincare to support your skin throughout the healing process and help optimise your results.

05 — Review & Follow-Up

Once your skin has healed, we’ll review your results and progress and determine whether further treatments or maintenance are recommended as part of your ongoing skin plan.
